Free Job Coaching
Our job coaching service is for individuals that want a bit of extra support with their job search.
Our specialist job coaches can help with CV development, applications, interview practice and strength building. We realise that people have different communication preferences, which is why we offer meetings in person, virtually, over the phone or even WhatsApp.
For employers, this ensures their candidates and employees are fully supported, which takes the pressure off HR departments. This provides an impartial space to talk about any problems that may arise, while fostering communication between managers and employees.
Connect you to inclusive employers
Stack specialises in connecting neurodiverse adults to inclusive employers. This means we will connect you to jobs with employers that truly understand neurodiversity and how to support a neurodiverse employee.
We don't want this to be skin deep either, we only partner with employers that truly embrace diversity and the benefits diversity brings.
This ensures your differences will be championed both during the recruitment process and during the job and we will ensure you get the support you need to thrive.
Support when you're in the job
We don't just want to help you get a job, we want to ensure you sustain it. We offer support for three months after you start your job to make sure you and your employer is happy.
